When resetting your password, use at least 8 characters. A strong password combines uppercase and lowercase letters with numbers and special characters.
Locked Account?
If you see the message in the screenshot below, it means your account has been temporarily locked after 5 unsuccessful login attempts and you'll need to contact our customer support team to regain access.
Take A Break
If you see the message in the screenshot below, it means your account is on a break. You will need to wait for the Take A Break period to end before you can log back in.
