• We'll let you know! You'll see a message on our site and receive an email with clear instructions if verification is needed.

• What we might need: Sometimes, we may ask for additional documents like a passport, driver's license, or proof of address. We'll only ask for what's necessary, and the email will explain exactly what to send.
 

Verification failed? No problem!
If we can't verify your information (like name, address, or date of birth),we'll let you know.

Here's what happens next:

• You'll need to submit two documents: one for your ID and one for your address.

• While we wait for your documents, you won't be able to access your account, for security reasons.

Troubleshooting Steps:
1. If you've just signed up and we require some information from you, you'll see the screen below, just click on continue and it'll take you to our document uploader service.
 

2. To verify your identity on the Document Uploader Service, just click on Start Verification
 

3. It's okay if you don't have the documents ready. We'll also email you the link to the document uploader service (just click on 'Let's Go' from the email).
