Are you a new customer? 
As per UK regulations, we must verify all accounts. If you've just signed up and we require some information from you, you'll see the screen below, just click on continue and it'll take you to our document uploader service.

Verify your account:
1. Documents required: If we require some information from you to verify your account, you'll see the screen below, just click on continue and it'll take you to our document uploader service.
 

 

2. Document Uploader Service: To verify your identity on the Document Uploader Service, just click on Start Verification.

 

Hints and Tips:

• Check your email: It's okay if you don't have the documents ready. We'll also email you the link to the document uploader service. 
• Check your junk/spam folder: Sometimes, the email may go to your junk/spam folder.

Are you an existing Customer? 
If you've had your account for a while and you see the message in the screenshot below, we may need some extra details from you. 
 

• Check Your Email: We would have sent you an email explaining why your account is temporarily unavailable, what information you can provide to get it back up and running how to provide the information to us.
