This article outlines how to close your account.

How to Close Your Account:
If you'd like to close your account and have no concerns about your gambling, please contact us by clicking the 'Chat with an Expert' button at the bottom of this page.
 

Hints & Tips:

  • You can contact us at anytime if you wish to re-open your account (this only applies if your account isn't on a break or self-excluded). 
  • You cannot open a new account with the same personal details.



Self Exclusion:
Are you concerned about your gambling and want to stop for an extended period? We recommend that you self-exclude. With self-exclusion, you can close your account for a minimum of 6 months and up to 5 years.
 

How to Self-Exclude:

2. Once you're logged in, go to your profile and click on Safer Gambling

4. Select the Exclusion period, click on the tick box to confirm and click on 'Self Exclude me now'.

Hints and Tips for Self-Excluded Customers:

  • You cannot re-open your account until the self-exclusion period has expired.
  • The Self-Exclusion will apply to all accounts you have on all gaming sites operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Ltd.
  • You cannot open a new account with the same personal details.
  • Any remaining cash balance will be transferred to your bank account or via another payment method.
